Why food allergy warnings matter for every food business

Implementing a robust allergen warning system
Display the FSA's 14-allergen poster in food preparation and service areas. Place consumer-facing allergy warning signs at every ordering point, including telephone and online ordering channels. Your warning must tell customers to speak to staff about their allergies — and your staff must know exactly where to find the allergen matrix and what to do if they cannot confirm a dish is safe.
